Has anyone been upgraded and seen a welcome tray in the room? Two water are there, but I haven't seen a welcome tray as in the Hilton.com room description.
It's not really an issue, and I must say I like the hotel for a Heathrow stopover.
In response further up, I would always get the bus to T1,2,3.
