They are mediocre at best. I think the main reason one might book one would be either a shower between two flights or if one is desperate to watch tv. I do not even think that they are nap-suitable and service can be hit or miss (last time, when I wanted to order food repeated call buttons remained unanswered and I had to go out to the main room to ask for some food. I asked if the buttons worked but got a disinterested "don't know".
