Having done SIN-KCH-KUL in F/C this last May, agree completely that you should fork out the extra for the premium cabin.

On both flights, I think there were only 4/5 pax in the cabin, service was excellent and nothing was too much trouble.

You get a choice of food too - I think there were 3 mains to pick from!
