For 788, yes they are identical so I cannot imagine them being different for 789.
On the espresso machine: apparently I made the FA's day last time around when my face lit up after I learned it was working on fin 806. When it works, it's great coffee. (Contacts in YVR 8 hours later told me I looked "pumped" though, so maybe having 5 of them is not recommended)
