I was extremely impressed with Asiana on a SYD-ICN daytime flight recently. Comfortable seats, fantastic service, excellent entertainment (on 777), food & wine pretty good. SQ have better entertainment, and perhaps TG have better food, but all round OZ would definitely be the pick of those three. Not sure how different things would be on the 744 or 321 though. And, if you are not yet convinced, let us not forget the camp hilarity of the inflight aerobics class led by the Asiana FA's - I haven't laughed so much on a plane in years!
