Well. Gay scene in Dubai is good, but mostly very underground. People are using bluetooth and other things to hook up and still cruising in the toilets. How ever if you know the right people you can get in to the secret societies
Why not go to a Middle Eastern country like Israel that doesn't criminalize/jail/execute LGBT people. I like being able to hold my husband's hand in broad daylight in the middle of the city without fear.
