You can't link PNRs. To share a PNR, the tickets must be booked together, and the itineraries must be identical.
If you travel with companions on separate PNRs, you can get them E+ based on your status by calling. Within reason, you can all use Premier check-in, security, and board together.
The baggage benefit only extends to travelers on the same PNR, so booking together is recommended if you want to take advantage of this benefit.
