Called last week but it was the regular customer service line. Mentioned to them that I was calling regarding having them waive the annual fee since I also have a biz gold card and premier rewards card and am paying those annual fees also. Rep couldn't waive fee. I then asked if there are any offers available that could offset the fee. Nothing available. I had $ 182K spend last year. Will try calling the retention number instead and see if they are able to do anything better.
