IIRC, the 28HJK block is right behind a single lavatory unit (which is sometimes curtained off for the use of Business class pax). The only issue I can think of might be the sound of flushing (I have not been seated there myself, so I can't say for sure), otherwise it's a cosy little corner. The FG seats might see some lavatory traffic and some disturbance from the lavatory light (just the adults, the bassinet should be well shielded by the galley wall though). The best seats might then be the DE seats (left side of the center block of four).

I paid less attention to the A330 layout, but off the top of my head, the seats you specified seem OK.
