Struggling to get my tier points credited

Almost 3 weeks ago I took a US domestic flight from PHL to PHX on US Airways. I was booked in economy but as this flight is over 2000 miles I was looking forward to getting 35 tier points which almost takes me to Silver (for the first time!)

At online check in I was offered an upgrade to first class for $199, which according to the flight calculator would net me 210 tier points instead of 35. I decided to treat myself and was looking forward to shooting well into Silver.

I wasn't really expecting the full tier points to post automatically due to the online upgrade, but after 7 days nothing had posted at all. This wasn't really surprising either having flown US Airways a few times recently, sometimes the system seems to break down and it needs a missing Avios form submission. I submitted the form and it was approved within 48 hours.

However - they credited just 20 tier points! That's even less than it should have been in economy!

I called BA and got through to Manchester where they asked me to submit my proof of online upgrade to an email address. I sent my email confirmation through and he said he'ld look into it.

I didn't hear anything back for a week so I called last week but was met with long hold times, so I sent another email through the website. I got an email back within 24 hours saying it had been passed to the "Executive Club team" and they would look into it for me. Guess what - still no reply almost a week later.

I feel like I'm getting nowhere fast. It's frustrating as I have some more flights coming up where Silver would be handy but I'm still just right on the edge of Bronze.

Any suggestions for what I should do next?!
