Can I suggest moderators to consider merging this with the main BRG thread?
I think we have raised some constructive points, which are unanswered by Hilton Rep currently.
These points may be lost later on if it is not in the main BRG thread.
I believe Hilton BRG could and should be improved, and I hope more constructive feedbacks will come forth, and most importantly, Hilton reviews and improves on their BRG.
The current BRG has too many flaws, and I cannot always fault the agents as they may be constrained by the current rules.
However, Hilton must realise that a BRG that does not truly deliver best rate guarantees, actually worsen loyalty and branding.
