For me,
Chinese dumplings (all sorts, Xiao long bao, pot stickers, those large Beijing "pies")
Braised short rib, whether an entrée by itself, or short rib meat in tacos or whatever.
Mexican, I like al pastor, if available. If not, lengua comes in second, then carnitas.
Indian, I'll order the palak paneer. I love spinach.
Duck breast, or Chinese roast duck.
Dishes with reindeer or elk.
