The writer closed by nonetheless thanking me for my PM and MM status, which lead me to conclude that I had received a canned reply.

If the value had been $2,000 and not $200, I would have probably escalated my request within DL, but I am just going to let this go.

Good luck to the OP.
OP here: On the face of it, it seems to be SOL, but I guess I'll try to escalate & see what happens. Ironically, had been planning to use the DL tix to travel to a conference on the East Coast this month, but the complications from surgery have ruled out travel during May/June.

Interestingly, DL is trying to increase its visibility at SEA & I've received a couple of offers to fast-track to DL "Silver" status by flying two trips by the end of June. BTW, just how competitive are they trying to be in this market? Not very, based on some fares to Hawaii from Seattle. A non-redeye round trip (SEA-OGG, w/ a Sat/Sat turn) later this summer priced at (ludicrously!) $3600+ on DL. In fairness, I *know* a Saturday turn is more expensive vs, say, a Friday turn, but still.

Added: just saw the post by SteveinA2 (see above) so escalation *may* be possible. Side remark re A2: Go Blue!
