I had a $200.00 voucher expire earlier this month. When I realized that the expiration date had passed, I sent an e-mail off to DL, asking for a 60 - 90 day extension. I received a firmly worded, but business-like negative reply the following day, advising that neither vouchers nor tickets can be extended once they have expired. The writer closed by nonetheless thanking me for my PM and MM status, which lead me to conclude that I had received a canned reply.

If the value had been $2,000 and not $200, I would have probably escalated my request within DL, but I am just going to let this go.

Good luck to the OP.
