Applied and got the "app needs further review" message, call this #. I knew what it was as I have quite a few Citi cards. Called the phone # and they said they could offer me a $2000 CL or I could move credit from other cards to this one. That's the same message they have given me for the last several Citi cards, so I assume $2000 in their base CL after you reach a certain level with them. Instantly approved after moving the credit around!
