No lounge access in ICN after arrival. You will be funneled out through immigrations and customs.

Your bag will not transfer automatically between ICN and GMP, so you will get your checked bag back at ICN. The cheapest way to travel between the two airports is via airport rail. I suggest that you find an economical hostel in Seoul (not Incheon) that has good access to the subway, so that you can easily get to GMP the next morning. Good luck!
