Is this hotel near sidewalks for walking?

I have a meeting at the Des Plaines park office administrative office in June. My credit card free night is going to expire soon and they have inventory for the night before my meeting.

It's a Saturday meeting and I was thinking of staying here Friday night, going to the meeting Saturday and switching over to the Hilton inside Ohare for Saturday night and taking an early flight home Sunday morning instead of driving.

Are there sidewalks near the hotel or is it a nonwalkable area? It's 1.7 miles to walk according to google maps and the two roads I would be on are River Road and Touchy. I was going to uber or take a cab to the meeting and since I knew I couldn't get an uber or cab back from Des Plaines was going to walk back and then grab the hotel shuttle to O'Hare. I walk a lot and can handle a 1.7 mile with no problem as long as their sidewalks.
