I can't speak for the 75H specifically, but I've definitely seen exit rows with more legroom than C+ seats have. Additionally, since the row in front of you can't recline or has limited recline, there's less chance of the person in front reclining into your knees.
If it were me, I'd stick with the exit row, unless you need the MQD to make some status level (C+ seats qualify for MQD earnings).
