In terminal B I enjoyed this place:

3rd Bar Oyster & Eating House
Expertly prepared seafood from Houston's own Chef Bryan Caswell.

Hours of Operation:
Mon - Sun: 6:00 a.m. - 9:30 p.m.

I have had Gumbo and the Shrimp Spring Rolls-both delicious.
