I'm usually quick to defend Indo, but this is pathetic. Air Asia is the only website in which the cc works 100% of the time, and I've used my credit card at Garuda offices in Indonesia.

I'm experiencing the same exact problem. I tried booking twice through their website and neither transaction went through. I called my credit card and they said the problem is on Garuda's end. So, I called them and booked over the phone and they still declined my transaction. The booking agent suggested that I try it again with a different credit card and I got the same exact results. I've finally given up, but now I have 5 pending charges and no ticket. I'm not going to do anything else until those pending charges fall off. I'm just debating on spending more than double the price for the same ticket with Expedia. It's too bad they have a terrible booking system, because I was looking forward to flying with them. Garuda & Hainan are the only 5-Star that I haven't flown with. My other option is to fly with a budget airline like Lion Air or Air Asia. I've never flown on a budget airline before, but how bad can it be? I can't imagine it being much worse than United or American.
