As posted in the other thread; I have already done this some time ago - Expedia does not give any options for flights from Ottawa to New Delhi. Of course, it does give some options between Toronto and New Delhi - including AC, BA, and several other airlines. However, I am not too interested in any web site, which can not give the Ottawa to overseas destination option.

However, my question did not relate to what the web sites do or do not offer - my question related to the ability of getting discounted C class fares through a travel agent (as that fare to Delhi is not available through the airline directly - nor is it available through the AC or other travel web sites), and how it compares with the published Y class fare - to me, if they are that similar - it would make more sense buying the C class fare, rather than using the SWUs, anytime prior to flight departure, even for Es - from a Y class fare.
