Have I made a good choice?
It depends on what is more important to you - armrest or seat pitch?

I sat in 10F on a newly refurbed A319 a couple of weeks ago and didn't find the armrest situation at all uncomfortable and I very much appreciated the extra legroom. Other people will undoubtedly feel differently of course.
