Perhaps I'm very fortunate, however I've not had a single Gate365 transaction refuse to pay out. Once or twice (around Christmas) I had to prompt for the points credit after the 40 days had elapsed, and on one occasion I purchased more than the multiple quantity of an item via Apple (I didn't read the T&C's properly) so my points were 'capped', but in all other cases I'm patient and the points get credited.
I've made 102 purchases (for a total of 81488 point) since last August and every one has credited.
Now as for Topcashback...a completely different story

Sixteen weeks...that's quick compared to two I'm still tracking. A credit card referral from the beginning of October 2014 is still 'progressing' and the car insurance I took out estimates 26 weeks...
