I am not even sure what a 'mirror' PNR is. He must have meant an operational PNR for a BA operated flight booked under AA code. But that's not what you were calling to find out. You booked a prime BA flight but through AA, and your FFP number was not fed through to BA which is why the flight is not showing up in MMB. This only happens with prime BA flights booked through AA. If it were an AA*BA flight then you'd not have a problem. Call back and ask someone else to help you. Just say that you need a booking reference number (or to add your FFP number to teh flight).
