On the top row of options, hover over Manage My Booking, then on the 'Find my Booking' side, click on Travel Agent Bookings in the last 24hrs, it usually works by doing that.

Alternatively if you can get through on the AA phoneline, they'll know what you mean when you ask for the BA booking reference and once you have that then you're sorted.
