If your BAEC number is in the booking it should appear in the list of your future bookings on BA.com. If you have only just booked it then it may just be a short delay whilst it syncs across from AA to BA.
I don't know whether on aa.com they list the BA PNR next to the BA flight? That would be another route to get to your seat map on BA.com and select a seat.

It's a reservation I made yesterday, so I guess Bank Holiday n all, it might take it's time to filter through the system.
I've just been shuttling between BAEC and AA call centre, both adamant that only the other party can do stuff with the booking. Kind of wishing I'd selected the AA flight: much nicer seats, but it's a later flight. So I'm anxious to snap up one of the better seats on the A380.
(There's no sign of a BA PNR on aa.com - perhaps that will come as things slot into place.....)
