I don't know about the UK, but booking with CTS by phone in the US isn't a pain at all. It's a great idea for several reasons, especially on certain routes with certain airlines. If I can get the same price as I would get direct from the airline, then I almost always book with CTS. You get the best care plus travel insurance included.
