FWIW, this has been a benefit on the UK Centurion card for quite some time, along with a complimentary departure or arrival limo to/from airport. (Like this one, benefits only valid when traveling in J or F booked via Centurion travel.) I used the Meet & Greet service once a few years ago in BKK and found it relatively useless, so I'm sure its practicality varies by airport.

In the end, you have to weigh the value of the service when considering whether going through the huge pain of booking a trip with Centurion travel by phone.
