Huh? OP's post contained a flexible Y to flexible PE to flexible J comparison:

Flex $1419
Latitude $3592
Premium (lowest) $1083
Premium (flexible) $3329
Business (flexible) $6546
"Rigid" PE is cheaper than Flex and flexible PE is cheaper than Latitude.

Am I missing something?
