Selective quote from the page linked above:
You can claim a refund for reserved seats if:
There is an aircraft change and we are unable to seat you in a suitable alternative seat that you are happy with.
There is a flight disruption and you have to be moved to another flight, meaning that we are unable to seat you in a suitable alternative seat on your new flight that you are happy with.
You become unable to meet CAA safety requirements to sit in an exit row seat, and you contact us at least 48 hours before your flight.
You have paid for an upgrade and do not wish to pay the difference in order to reselect your seat in the alternative cabin.
Please note the circumstances under which we will not be able to refund you:
If you cancel your flight.
If you are upgraded by us.
If you are not suitable to sit in the seat type you have selected (according to CAA safety regulations) i.e. an exit row seat.
If you choose to change your flight, you will be entitled to choose an equivalent seat on your new flight. However if an equivalent seat is not available, the difference paid will be forfeited and will not be refunded.
If you are booked on another carrier marketed flight and change your flight you will not be entitled to choose an equivalent seat on the new flight and you will not be entitled to a refund.
