I have recently taken the following flights:
LHR-HKG CW
HKG-BOM CX J
BOM-LHR F BA

I took my first BA flights in over a year with a feeling of hope in that I would find a better product than last time I flew. I will keep this very brief.

LHR experience really good, no security line, then again it was Saturday evening. Lounge food was fine, wine not so good.

CW: Poor in relative terms. Crew reaching over the divider lobbing things at me basically. Seat was fine, but an experience I am unsure was worth the money. Nothing near the CX offering on this route.

F: 90 mins before a glass of champagne offered. The food was very average. The wine was good though. Crew were friendly but did not give a polished feel. For example when I asked for a snack I was answered with 'ye got the munchies have ya'? No issue with this really but a little surprising. The F seat is comfortable. By the way for a 9 hour day flight the IFE was simply shocking.

In conclusion, the best flight I had was CX. I thought the CX J experience, being welcomed on boarding by name, to the IFE, and seat, was the best.

Pity for BA. I will not fly them again for another 12 months as my 4 flights are done. I have seen no sign of improvement this last year.
