If you used itn.net to make your reservation I believe it gave you Sabre based PNR, for Finnair online checkin you would need Amadeus PNR, but the AY OLCI also finds your flight by your AY Plus number, so there shouldn't be any problems. If you didn't use the AY Plus number when making a reservation, just give Finnair a call and they can give you the Amadeus PNR, since all AY flights are hold in Amadeus, even the ones that were originally made in other CRS's.
