I fly on AA and other oneworld carriers fairly regularly. I would like to get some miles in my Iberia Plus account to get to the next award level. I have some AA flights that haven't been credited and I would like to get them credited in my IB Plus account.

Is it possible to fax them, or do they have to be mailed in? If they can be faxed, does anyone know the fax number?

I spoke to Iberia Plus customer service rep here in the US, who said that they cannot be faxed, only have the originals mailed in. Anyone had different luck or heard anything to the contrary?
