Another option is to go to Ap Liu Street in Hong Kong and get a China Unicom Japan Fuji card for $130 (7 days data, 1.8 GB).

If you know Chinese, go to Taobao and search for the Fuji card in Chinese, and you will get the same card for CNY 75.
