No priority for CCR card holders, Gold, First, LtG. This is completely unacceptable!
Having spoken to one of the lounge managers about the showers on Friday (90 minute wait) he confirmed that only 5 out of the 18 were working. He also confirmed that first passengers were prioritised over other passengers - don't really have a problem with that. They were attempting to prioritise based on departure time of flights which was causing some rather annoyed passengers
