All the terminals are connected airside, so movement across is no issue. You can pay $30 to use the lounge, however during peak times, when there are airlines business class passengers using it, and it is busy, they won't take paid passengers.
3 weeks ago, we were flying QR in business, and when we went to the lounge, we were asked to come back in 30 minutes as it was full of the Emirates passengers. More then 30 were standing.
