OGG is very efficient. I've never had to spend more than 10 minutes for the entire process, and I have no status. If you don't have checked bags and did OCLI, 9 AM would have plenty of time, 9:30 AM would be ideal, and 10 AM would be pushing it.

OGG is very efficient? It can be but not always. Precheck line has always been under 10 for me. But I have seen 30 minute lines around the holidays for the regular line and last Thursday at noon it looked about 20 to me while precheck was 5 or so.
