When flying AZ in C class within Italy (FCO-MXP), I understand one has an access to AZ Business Class lounges. I see at least five lounges in FCO listed on Alitalia's website, with at least two of them in Domestic Departures area.

Does anyone know if any of the AZ lounges are outside of security, or all of them inside? Also, which lounge would you recommend, I am leaning towards the one that does not accept DinersClub and Hertz members...i.e. not so crowded with hopefully a better selection of services, snacks, drinks. Any suggestions?

Flights within Italy and especially MXP-FCO have no business class (ie they are all economy), so I don't know what kind of ticket you have. I am not aware of any internationa flight making a intra-Italy stopover which will be the only case you would have a business class. I believe the latter was the case with flight from Japan but AZ discontinued the practice a while ago.
