Might anyone be able to at least help me with additional search terms, per MSP's suggestion?

I'm puzzled why (for example) my my unaccompanied family member got sky priority boarding and (I think?) free bags when booked from SM in my account. Not complaining of course. But I didn't realize PM benefits were supposed to work that way...?
