As of YESTERDAY when I talked to Nexus Detroit, they said I must STILL come in to update.
I just saw that new update on the Web. Evidently, it's not trickled down to all the officers yet. the Detroit Nexus Officer" told me that "Someone" must have mysteriously scanned my passport if they didn't do it because the new Passport was in my profile. I told him that all I did was update online. He still didn't put 2 and 2 together.
And, there is a difference in "Bureaucracy" between Canadian and US management of Nexus.
Oh well, it will get straightened out soon enough.
