It can get pretty ugly. You arrive in Terminal B, along with a whole mess of international flights from all sorts of destinations. I don't know what the "best" vs. "worst" times are for customs, but I would think of it as if you're arriving from an overseas flight.

Not saying it's a bad option - especially since YTZ is much more convenient to downtown Toronto - but make sure you're going into it eyes wide open.
