Put in the dates and the fare, and get to the screen that shows you the price. On the upper right hand side, there's a box to select something along the lines of "check to see if I can play aerolotto and upgrade once this year" (you get the idea), select your status, and then you can see. If there's availability for upgrade, it'll show up. Either it's blue (YAY MOM) or it's grey and you are waitlisted.
