I got my wife's Arrival+ AF waived this morning for the first call. After asking for a supervisor, the supervisor waived AF after two minutes pause, no question asked at all. The total call lasted about 6 minutes.

I also got my own Arrival+ AF waived one months earlier at first call with a supervisor.

Both cards have about 80K spend each.
