I flew AY HKG-BKK-HEL round-trip in J in Sept.

The Louis Tavern at BKK is small and rather sad looking and has limited food and beverage selection. I wouldn't recommend it.

The business class seat was comfortable. The recline wasn't great but adequate. The service was friendly. I'd rate it above US carriers but far below Asian carriers.

The food was of good quality, although the variety and quantity were both lacking. There was no separate cheese, fruit, or dessert service. Entertainment was definitely inferior, with limited channels and video selection.

Overall, it was an adequate and pleasant experience, but don't expect anything fancy or pampering.
