Squishy personal items
Just chuckled at my post title.

Anyhoo...my carry-on bag is fine. But my backpack is a couple of cm bigger on each side. But if it's not full to capacity, it's squishy. So do the ACTUAL dimensions of a backpack matter or does it just matter if it fits in the sizer?
