I would have asked earlier in the thread if I picked it up earlier so the algorithm might be broken.
Seriously though, doesn't the statement apply to everything. If you don't like the rules, look for an alternative that suits you. Sometimes you don't have one but then unfortunately you are stuck or you can move, you still have choices.
