WestJet doesn't fly to as many airports in Canada as Air Canada does and doesn't offer daily service to some of the ones it does fly to. Some airports in Canada have no international flights of any kind, or only have charters (Sunwing and the like).

In other words, there is no competition at many airports and on many routes.
