I used to have Amex Gold and it was simple redemption of 25000 miles to reduce $250 off your flight ticket from any agent. Now I have Aeroplan TD visa and Im confused on how exactly do I use it? How much are 30K miles worth in dollar value and can I use it to fly to India (Hyderabad) or even to Dubai and pay the difference?

Please help Im a noob
