The SN web seat request page is a joke. I have used their request site to assign my seats 4 times last year and only received 2 responses. This time I called their operator and they still manage to mess up my seat assignment. Luckily a nice gate agent gave me 1A crown seat but they need to do something better about their seat assignment.
