Count me as an additional vote for BA1. In that order 1) pre-clearance, 2) minimal pre-flight arrival at the airport 3) the intimate and pleasant atmosphere of the flight, 4) the better food, 5) if applicable, the much faster luggage delivery (although mostly relevant for BA 2/4).
